Founders:

Barbara and Glenn Smyly began working together in 1982, with the vision of empowering people to create relationships which are more alive, happy, healthy and in love. As a result of their combined strengths, personalities, love and talents, tens of thousands of people have benefited from their seminars, workshops, consultations, rebirthing sessions, books and tapes.

For the past twenty years, Glenn and Barbara have led successful seminars practically every weekend. Their list of educational programs, conducted throughout the United States, includes couples' weekends, singles' weekends, childbirth and parenting training, stress management, money makeover seminars, and developing prosperity consciousness workshops.

Barbara and Glenn have extensive backgrounds in psychology including the intensive study of EST with founder Warner Erhard. Barbara and Glenn are certified Rebirthers and have trained thousands of people to become Rebirthers since 1978. Barbara and Glenn are members of the American Seminar Leaders Association.

Barbara studied early childhood education in college and went on to become a childbirth educator. In addition, she volunteered as a legal advocate for battered women in Somerset County, New Jersey where she received training as a Domestic Violence Advocate. Barbara is also a member of the Midwifery Association of North America.

In 1986, Barbara and Glenn co-authored a self-help book, "All in the Name Love"(now in its second printing). The book stirred such success, they embarked on a nationwide book tour which included interviews on radio and television. They recently hosted their own radio talk show "Empower the Hour" featured on Tampa, Florida's AM Radio Station 1250 Wins WHNZ.
